No gift wrap, poor packaging, late delivery!

I have requested a gift wrap since it was a Birthday present- unfortunately there was no gift wrap, the shipping was late ( took 3 weeks) and the puzzles weren’t packed properly, they arrived in the Poly Mailers Shipping Bag, instead of the box. So the puzzles box was damaged and didn’t look nice at all.
Very disappointing!
